2016 1105 Magnum
This is the focus of our owner and winemaker's program. We make this wine unique to each vintage with the blend changing every year to reflect what Matt believes to be the best of that vintage. This wine is created to be elegant, balanced, complex, nuanced, aromatic and age-able. Our owner and winemaker jokes that this is like a Chateau Neuf Du Pape on steroids because of the Petite Sirah base. It's very food friendly, particularly with lamb, beef and mushrooms.
