2021 Black

This unique blend brings together 3 "Black" grapes into a powerful, yet elegant, wine that's dark, dense and brooding.  Tannat brings in the lovely front palate, Petite Sirah is the backbone and star in the mid palate and Petit Verdot gives this wine a strong finish bringing in the back palate.  Our owner and winemaker calls this a steak wine, think fatty, grilled red meats.
