I acknowledge that I authorize MCV Wines to add me to their mailing list and to charge my credit card in order that they may send me 2 shipments per year of MCV Wines wines (3 bottles of current or pre-release wines each shipment), one in Spring and one in Fall. I am at least 21 years of age, and understand that the law requires an adult's signature for wine delivery. I will notify MCV Wines in writing (mail or email) of any address or credit card changes. I may cancel my membership by doing so in writing after receiving the first two shipments and at least 7 days prior to the wine club allocation being processed. I understand that shipments will be automatically billed to my credit card account.  I understand cancelling prior to receiving two shipments will incur a $100 cancellation fee.
